"Combining the traditional master’s program at Loyola with a minor focus in public history was an amazing experience for me. Going into graduate school I knew I wanted to work in the museum field but considered going through the traditional history route. The benefits of the minor focus were taking the specific courses that I had an interest in, including the introductory courses for public history. Getting the opportunity to work with professors in the field of public history refined my skills as a historian."

Bryan currently works as the Arts and History Specialist for Waukegan Park District, Waukegan, IL.
